Arguing about being judgemental

So one night a month back Rob and Nina came over to visit us on a Sunday evening at my dad's somehow we started talking about the Color Code, and Nina loves anything with self-discovery about your personality. So we kind of created the Color Code game, where we asked a question to the person's turn, they could answer what characteristic they thought they were, and then if anyone in the group disagreed they would say what characteristic they thought. It was fun to see how people see you versus how you see yourself.  The funnest part was Robbie and Nina were like toe to toe having the same characteristics, like self-centered, obnoxious, etc. But Nina was such a trooper very few family members, especially in-laws you could be honest enough to tell them they are more obnoxious than sensitive, without them taking offense. So then we decided we wanted to continue, since there are a lot of questions and we didn't finish. So we started another tradition where each one of us families would host a monthly Sunday dinner for the whole family. So Nina was way excited to host the dinner in December. So after her delicious and well prepared Georgian meal, we went in and started the Color Code game with all of the family- needless to say, we still haven't finished it. But boy does it stir up conversation and little bit of heated debate. It was great insight for my dad to become aware he was reluctant, moody and even argumentative, but of course he argued for awhile that he wasn't. And the highlight was when we all told my mom she was judgmental, for being so "open minded" she didn't take it too well. Anyways gotta love family, the only people you can be the most honest with, and even be a little offensive but still love them just the same.
