Singles Cruise for the Holidays ?

This isn't your typical singles cruise. This cruise was for the Lichfield family who happened to be single, which was my mom, dad, Reagan, LeNae, Lana and I. So for Christmas my parents took us on a Mediterranean Cruise making ports at Barcelona, Rome, Naples, Egypt, Turkey and Greece, we then abandon ship a couple days early to forego some sea days and make our own stop in Israel. It was such a fun filled trip. Not a traditional Christmas waking up on a ship for a sea day, but we still had a good time and just relished in each other's company, even though my parents have separated, our family is still united, I feel so blessed to come from such a great family that gives so much love and support. My favorite places on the trip was Israel, I could seriously spend a summer there and just study, every time I go I learn so much more and things come full circle. Then I LOVED the Grand Bazar in Instanbul, Turkey, great shopping, got a leather jacket, boots, jewelry and many more fun treasures.

A little NYC in the SLC

Being the Holidays and all, and since I did have three weeks off. I traveled to Colorado then went to SLC to visit with some friends. Since there was a mass migration of our New York friends moving out West, primarily in SLC, we had a little reunion. It was so fun to reunite. The pictures are the whole New York Crew, the Union Square Crew, the 45 Wall gang (Nate, Joe and Heidi), the late comers and ones who I hang out with in my last couple of months. My past summer roommate Danni, her sister and my friend Mark, who had just moved to NY in the summer as well.

Party in (Boulder, Colorado) USA

So my good friend from New York moved out to Boulder, Colorado after living in the NY for 8 years, to work for a top Ad agency, we teased her how she would have to conform by buying a Subaru, wear chaco's, fleece vests and go vegan. So where one of us friends go on a trip, the other must follow, we are kind of a close-nit group. Whenever we all reconnect we claim our band is reuniting. So my friend Joe and his girl Nici and Dave and I made way to the brrrrrr cold Colorado. We went driving in her nice and new Jeep while rocking out to Miley Cyrus's, "Party in the USA," over and over and over again, somewhat memorable. Then we went and ate yummy crepes, went hat shopping, and relaxed watching movies like "The Hours," and the documentary on Mike Tyson.... "That wench of a woman." It was rather relaxing and always entertaining.

Thanksgiving 2009

So this was the second Thanksgiving my parents have technically been divorced, but the first where we actually felt the separation. My sister Loni and her husband and darling four little boys came into town for the week, then my sister LeNae and Reagan came down from Northern Utah, and my brother Robbie from Costa Rica for the weekend prior to Thanksgiving. So it was the first time in more than 2 and half years the whole Robert and Patti Lichfield Clan has been together, so of course we were advantages and took family pictures.
However we were  not all able to actually eat Thanksgiving dinner together. We all got together the night before, for a little dinner before my mom, and sisters LeNae and Lana went up to Randolph, Utah for my mom's family get together. While, the rest of us had Thanksgiving with some of my dad's family.

Jubilee of Trees

It's the whatever anniversary of Jubilee of Tree's a Lichfield Tradition to get all dolled up in the great metropolitan city of St. George, to rub elbows with all the philanthropists in the area. We really just like it because we love the trees and the proceeds go to a good cause, this year a life-flight helicopter that St. George desperately needs to quicken the emergency medical process, I was surprised they didn't already have one. Well, every year my mom takes turn to let a kid pick out a tree, for them to keep for years to pass, due to me being MIA the past two years, it was my turn, and of course I picked the cute, stylish and chic one, well at least I think so, as well with some furnishings, trying to get my biggest bang for my buck. Here it is, and my sister Loni and her family flew in the day after for a week before celebrating the Thanksgiving Holidays.
