Honeymoon 3:Bonjourno Costa Victoria!

We arrived in Venice, Italy. Hang out there for a day and then aboarded our Italian cruise ship, with only a few english speakers for Anconna, Italy, Santorrini, Mykonnos, Athens and Corfu, Greece and Dubrovnik, Croatia for our seven day cruise. It was beautiful, relaxing and very romantic. Such beautiful sights, good food, good company and fun shopping :) Our highlights Santorinni and Dubrovnick. Nathan went to town with the camera, but here are a few of the shots. 

Honeymoon 2: Empire State of Mind

We were off for our two week "official" honeymoon. My dad was so nice to offer us some skymiles to go on a cruise to Italy, Greece and Croatia. He was able to strategically plan it for a little two day pit stop in the old NYC. Due to letting us use his marriott points as well, we were able to stay at the Marriott Marque in Times Square, such a work of art hotel. So needless to say we had fun. We arrived on a red eye, bright and early on a Tuesday morning, my old roommate Brenda so nicely offered to make us breakfast and crash there before we checked in to our hotel. So I was able to show Nathan where I lived at in my old apartment 1714 at 45 Wall. We had a good little catch up chit chat with Brenda Sue, as she made us her delicious homemade pancakes...yum. We then were able to relax, Nathan and to take his last online final that day. We then went uptown and explored time square. We ate at some of my favorite places, Cosi, Eattery, Juniors, Gray Dogs and Shake shack, met up with some of my old friends at the shake shack one night, to say hi and for they were all curious about Nathan, since just a year ago I had left with no plans or prospects for marriage, they were all still in a bit of shock :)  But they seemed to like him, which is good cause I kind of like him too...hehehe...We then tried the Wicked lottery three times, no charm or luck on that but did go to Lend Me a Tenor with Mr. Adrian Monk playing a key role, it was hilarious and got a picture with Tony "Mr. Monk" he was so nice and my sisters and mom were so envious....then we went to see the top of the Empire State Building, one thing I left undone for my next return to the big apple, walked by NYU, shopped in SoHo and back to Wall Street. It was so short lived, and so cathardic to return to my stomping grounds, how it sings to my soul. There were some good times.

Third time the Charm..

Okay so yeah, I had three wedding gatherings, celebrations, festivities, parties, etc... But that is just how I roll, I love to party especially with my family and loved ones and for better reason than getting married, especially when I have waited as long as I have :)

So we had a little Open House in Salt Lake City in downtown at my mom's apartment community room. It was so low key and easy to set up and take down, now that we had practiced so many times and already had pre-arranged decorations. The best part is it was a very relaxed and chill environment, able to chit chat with all those who came, which wasn't a lot but it was such a highlight to see them all. I saw friends that I had not seen since pre-college so like six years ago. I saw my friends new additions to their families. I saw even old friends from New York who happen to be visiting Utah or who had recently moved back. I got to see a close friend who recently got engaged so we could share the excitement and anxiety of wedding planning. My extended family who live in the area who weren't able to make it to my wedding were able to come as well. Another highlight was to see my old EFY girl, who is so sweet and such a crack up, who I haven't seen in years, good to know I was remember and I felt very loved.  But the best part was my three act play of wedding events was done. The clean up was quick and easy. The best part was no one had a camera in my family except my brother Reagan, so I held the camera and took pictures... I mean classy....
