So last time I saw my parents and Reagan was on their way out to Africa on a two week safari. That was the day all the stuff started with the complications of my pregnancy, so in a way it felt like a long two weeks. I was so excited to see my parents and they were so excited to meet Audrey. They kept texting me daily to send pictures and see how she and we were doing ( I think they might've been a bit bored without internet, tv and such too). So they were suppose to get in Thursday night, but their plane was delayed in Amsterdam, of course it was... ugh. So they didn't get in until Friday around 11. We had a busy day because we needed to get her PKU's done and also turn in my maternity leave as well. So we did that then rushed home. Loni took their car to the airport when she left and they picked it up. So literally almost right as we got home, their was a knock on the door. It felt like a movie scene from Christmas Vacation where the obnoxious family members anxiously arrive at the house, but better, we were sooo looking forward to seeing them:) So we sat down and just adored Audrey, my mom is so fun and expressive, I loved how she just commented on everything cute about Audrey, especially that she had dimples. She was so proud of her little granddaughter and felt so bad that she wasn't there. It really was fun, it felt as though she was the first grandchild. It had been awhile since my family has had a grandchild and the two younger ones are in Ohio and it has been six years since a girl and Audrey is the only third girl out of 11 grandchildren. So needless to say Audrey was getting plenty of love and attention, some even think she is getting spoiled.... nay.
